Frequently Asked Questions - Payments

We require a card on file, which is process 30 hours before your first visit. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard.

 Cancellations require 30 hour notification from the DATE of service to receive reimbursement for the time & date you reserve. Reservations are not transferable to another date.

Prices subject to change during holidays & holiday  weekends. There is a $10 holiday charge per visit.

Your pooch receives 100% of our attention, as each visit is individual. For the safety of your pet, we do not offer pack walks.

Our team consists of part-time employees, and we abide by CA labor laws. For this reason, pet sitters are assigned shifts, not individual visits. Rest assured though, that they undergo extensive training before caring for your pets.

We do not hold keys in our possession. If you do not have a door or garage code, we advise you to keep a key lockbox with 2 sets of keys. They are fairly inexpensive and can be found at most hardware stores. 

In addition to dogs &  cats, we also petsit reptiles,  turtles, rabbits & birds!

Our services are offered from 7am-8pm. You may select your time slot when requesting each service. 

We service the cities of Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, most of Irvine, Tustin & Tustin Ranch.
